今日碰到Users反應，Outlook用關鍵字搜尋突然無法找到對應的郵件

確認Outlook無損毀的情況，在網路搜尋相關資料

注意事項:

1. Outlook pst.ost檔案容量不可超過40gb (outlook 2010版本)
2. 搜尋跟「索引」建制有相關性

此次解決方法：

• 搜尋「索引選項」

• 點選「Microsoft outlook」

• 點選「重建」

• 重建索引會依照outlook檔案大小，重建時間1-3天不等或更久。(此次Users容量12GB,花費1天重建完畢)
